I saw this jacket in a store. I like the material being soft and warm, but it did not have the size I wanted. So, I ordered it from Amazon. However, when the jacket arrived, I realized the material was much thinner than the one I saw in the store. It was not as soft and warm either. I felt I did not get what I paid for. I did not want to pay for return shipping fee. So, I kept it, not very happy though. I would return it if the return shipping is free.
