They don't come any lighter! We've applied a technique normally used for waterproof jackets to this incredibly lightweight (310g!) alpine daypack: the STOWAWAY can be rolled up and stashed in its own lid pocket to pack down to the size of an energy bar.

It opens up new possibilitieson any adventure, e.g. use it in place of the main rucksack for daytrips on mountain hut treks or as a daypack on a multi-day bike or canoe trip...

This bag rates 5 stars for style. Very slim profile, great side mesh pockets for glasses or water, roomy inside. The adjustable shoulder strap design eliminates floppy ends. The base at the back is adequately padded. The bag is well made. The bag across the back seems a bit big for an average person. (130 lbs) The straps gap at the sides. Maybe it was for a larger sized woman. The color, described by the manufacturer is Green Lake. The color shown on the website is definitely a teal blue. In reality the bag is close to emerald green. I looked at other sites to compare colors and all were the same teal color. A near miss for me in too many areas.
