The uppers of the FREELINER consist predominantly of stretch-fit mesh fabric. This provides a snug fit, while still ensuring excellent climate control. Further features include flexible stabilising PU elements and lacing.

Abrasion resistant toe and heel caps ramp up the durability and provide enhanced impact protection. We deliberately selected a ROCKWAVE sole to complement the FREELINER's sporty profile. It offers good cushioning and excellent traction for outstanding hiking performance both on and off the trail.

These are the only pair of flats that I have ever found comfortable. Most either dig into my heel causing blisters or fit too narrow across my toes (I have bunions). I wore these shoes from day one. They traveled to and from Europe. They work as casual or moderately dressy shoes. In short, they are ideal.
