The ATMOSPHERE SOFTSHELL is our lightest men's softshell jacket.

We trimmed the weight by using FLEX SHIELD LITE DWR, an extremely light and breathable softshell fabric with kinetic stretch, wind resistant and water repellent properties. The jacket is constructed with as few seams as possible, which largely dispenses with the need to use double layers of fabric and saves an extra few grams.

And there's more (or rather less!): When rolled and packed the jacket takes up roughly the same amount of space in your rucksack as a standard 0.75 litre bottle. With its offset front zip, this softshell is ideal for wear in a technical layering system, since the various zips in the system do not bunch uncomfortably at the neck.
